Our users know that the team is just a phone call away if problems occur, but support isn’t just about software errors. We consider that our support service should be proactive, as well as reactive. Our Support Website offers wealth of resources such as helpsheets and video tutorials. Our weekly hints and tips ensures that our users are always learning more about the tools they have invested in. We also run free Webinars throughout the year on a variety of topics, sharing our knowledge and experience of how to get the very best our ot Heritage Cirqa.

The support service we provide to our users is highly regarded throughout the different sectors of the library marketplace. Here are just some of the reasons why customers stay with us for so long:

Most other suppliers charge for upgrades and this can be a hidden cost in the running of the system longer term. Upgrades are available for local IT to download and apply, if your system is hosted locally. If you have a Heritage Cirqa system hosted by us, then we’ll take care of all upgrades for you and fit them to your timeframes and requirements. Upgrades are not compulsory.

You can request an online meeting or call at any time to discuss how Heritage Cirqa is meeting your requirements and to ensure you are getting the best out of the investment you have made in our software and services.

We offer free customer events at our Oxford premises each year where users can come to find out what we are doing (remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic). These events include useful training sessions and are an enjoyable day out – lunch is provided!

A regular program of free, online training sessions takes place throughout the year for our users.

Heritage Cirqa includes over 1000 pre-defined reports. Tell us what you need and our team can direct you to the most appropriate pre-defined report, and can even assist you in customising it to your exact requirements.

Newly appointed library managers taking over Heritage Cirqa site are entitled to a free 30 minute online tour of Heritage Cirqa and will receive a package of handover helpsheets and details of their account and renewal dates with IS Oxford.
