MyCirqa User App for School Libraries

MyCirqa is an app designed for your users that enables them to keep right up to date with their library activity on the go. They can check their current loans, overdues, reservations (including items ready to collect), charges and message from the library, including push notifications. MyCirqa also allows readers to renew items and cancel existing reservations, as well as providing a link to go directly to the catalogue for searching via Heritage Online.

MyCirqa also helps you and other library users by encouraging a faster turnaround of stock, which, in turn, increases availability of and participation with expensive resources. Users are prompted in the most direct way, via their phone or device, when item statuses change and may, therefore return overdue items to avoid penalties or pick up items that are ready for collection earlier than they might if contacted by other means, or left until they next visit the library.
